This document outlines the terms governing all users' access to and use of the 50200 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 50200 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 50200 as the platform operator. Use of the platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to use online entertainment services in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any one time on the 50200 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 50200 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 50200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 50200 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality or security of the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity through the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes their stated terms.
- Collecting or storing other users' personal data without authorisation.
Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and legal action where necessary. All decisions relating to prohibited activities are final and remain at the sole discretion of 50200.

All financial transactions on the 50200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using valid payment methods and in their own name. 50200 does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our verification procedures. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before the transfer is approved. Processing times vary by payment method and typically take between one and three business days for bank transfers.
All deposits are processed in MYR. Account balances are updated once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. 50200 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be rejected and may trigger an account investigation.
All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Abuse of promotions, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of the account.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 50200 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
50200 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 50200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
The 50200 platform may experience unforeseen technical disruptions. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Users are advised not to rely on platform availability for any critical needs.
Account Suspension & Closure
50200 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
- The user provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Account has been inactive for the specified period with no transactions.
- There is a directive from the relevant authorities requiring such action.
If an account is closed for compliance reasons, any remaining funds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete. All decisions regarding account closure are final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 50200 platform are the exclusive property of 50200 or our respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from 50200.
The 50200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or game providers. 50200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy separately.
Changes to These Terms
50200 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version takes effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
